Applying For A Rental Property

​We allow pets with breed restrictions and a $250 per pet deposit. There is also a monthly charge per pet.
Not all properties accept pets. Pet rent will vary per property.

Any applicant with an eviction within the last 5 years will not be accepted.

​PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION

Access to our Rental Application is below. It is very important that you READ CAREFULLY all of our requirements. 

The following are MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS before your Rental Application can be processed:

  • Each applicant has to view property before applying.
  • Each occupant 18 years of age and older must complete a separate application.
  • Applications will not be processed until every applicant has filled out, e-signed, and paid for their application.
  • There is a fee of $54.95 (usd) per applicant 18 years and older. The application is not complete or submitted until this fee is paid.
  • There is a fee of $30.00 (usd) for any applicant co-signer. For credit check only.
  • Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE even if you are denied tenancy.
  • Closing the application or browser will lose this application and you will have to start over. Data is not accessible for your security.

​BEFORE YOU PROCEED PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • A valid social security number & a valid driver's license is required for each applicant.
  • You must provide information on your monthly income to be attached to your application. 2 consecutive paycheck stubs, bank statements, W-2's, & income taxes are acceptable. Paperwork for government assisted programs will need to be provided.
  • Unemployment does not count as income.
  • We require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • If your Rental Application is approved, WITHIN 3 DAYS, you will be required to pay 1/2 of your security deposit and sign the Lease Agreement.
  • Upon the day of Move-In, Tenant must pay the amount of the first month's rent due & the balance of the security deposit (If 1/2 has been paid).
  • All future Rent Payments will be submitted electronically via our online Resident Portal.

**If you are using your PC, you can save and complete the application directly on your computer. Once finished, you will need to save the application with your name in the file name. Then send via email to office@mayteamrealtors.com. Or print, and bring into the office with your application fee. 

**If you are using your mobile device, you can download the adobe app prior to downloading the rental application. Once you have the adobe app, you can save the rental application to your device and open in your adobe app. This will allow you to complete the application directly on your device. Once complete, you can save and send to office@mayteamrealtors.com
